Who has God entrusted to you?

How are you stewarding the greatest resource you have? His people. (Acts 20:28)

Are you actively identifying, calling out, equipping, and releasing the gifting of those entrusted to you into the body for the building of the Kingdom?

As leaders our first priority is the equipping of the Saints and then operating in our gift. For too long we have stood this process on its head.

I see the body of Christ teaching (II Timothy 2:2) and equipping the body of Christ to serve the world and edify the church. (Ephesians 4:11-12). My heart is to serve churches that don't have the resources to send people to conferences or to schools. In over 20 years of ministry I have been to dozens of conferences was blessed to attend HIllsong College in Sydney Australia and now have the privilege of being a part of the New Life Church family in Colorado Springs, CO.

My hearts desire is to help you identify the leaders God has entrusted to you for the building of the Kingdom in your context.
